Went to my local dealer that had a few X5's with a third row on the lot. The one I liked had about $5k more in options ($82k MSRP while my build using the 2020 pricing guide is around $77k) than I wanted so I made a pretty aggressive offer on it. ~12% off MSRP including available incentives. Sales Manager wouldn't even discuss. He said because the third row models are so rare they are not marketing them down at all... So I said thank you and left. Another dealer has offered me 10% off MSRP on a custom order 2020 when the books open so guess I am just going to have to wait for awhile. Too bad.

Dealer called me back today...this time is was the GM. He said they really want to work a deal on this car... I told them my offer was the bottom line. He said he is going to work on it and get back to me...

I hate buying cars. HAHAHAHA
