My mother passed away not long ago and I'm refurbing the house she lived in and dealing with the dreaded probate..gonna cost !!

Lewis VS Max.

Lewis. I watched him in his rookie year, beating Alonso, who happened to be my favorite driver still today, in his rookie year. Even LH rookie vs VER rookie, LH still has the edge. Like him or not, dude can push the car without upsetting the car. His steering and throttle input are just superb. Watching him drive is boring to be honest.

VER reminds me of young Vettel in term of race craft and Alonso in term of passion and no backing down mentality.

I knew that 2020 would be a bad year all round, sorry to say just heard Sir Sean Connery has passed away at 90. Saw his place where he lived on a tour when holidaying in Los Angeles.

My brother informed me this morning. Sean Connery, after my dad, was the first person I wanted to emulate. Cool cars, suits, dashing, beautiful women, service to his country and every gadget you could think of.

RIP to a great actor and the 2nd person I always wanted to be.

Steve has to go on hiatus in order to pay proper tribute to THE MAN.

My other Bond choice is Roger Moore with his easy humour mixed with his sometimes cruel but necessary decisions keeping in line with the original storyline.

For each year HAM stays in F1 now, Max will need 3 more. Pretty soon it will almost insurmountable unless he stays until he is 45. LOL!

He has 9 wins in 5 years no matter the reason. If he jumps into the Merc and it stays dominant for 10 years starting in 2023, he will have to average 11-12 wins per year for the entire decade. I'm not saying that it can't be done but it will be a pretty steep hill to climb.

Back to 007...Roger Moore was pretty good in a wider audience sense. Sir Sean and Daniel Craig are hard core with Craig harkening back to the earlier days of the franchise.

There can be a lot of meanings to the 'best driver' with your poll being just obviously specific to results.
My take on it is the best driver with the given car and what he can achieve with it, hope that makes sense!

During the damn COVID disaster/S , I downloaded the whole BOND-saga .
The download map was big with the well known 25 Bond movies ..

Watched them all during the COVID lockdown/S nights !
Well , honestly I'll say that "Richard Kiel" (JAWS) pushed the Bond movies to a higher level as well .
Richard Kiel , was Jaws with his iron teeth ,Kiel was 7ft 2 (2.18 meter) tall !
