Mild Hybrid

Whats everyones thought on 2021 Mild Hybrid feature in the 40i models.

We have a 2021 on order and coming from a 2019 40i. Is their a big difference in driving dynamics? I also turn off engine start stop and heard this is not possible in comfort mode.

Love to hear other 2021 40i owners chime in.

Have it on my x6 - it's a cool feature to talk about, slightly quicker off the line and gives you a few extra miles per tank.

Also there is a nice 3d render in the idrive system of which way the battery energy is going while driving.

Start stops is seamless now as reacts to traffic lights and the battery stops lags on the pedal.
