BMW Tire Center via myBMW

Received an alert in myBMW.

Priced out new tires and the cost seems right in line. Couple hundred bucks more than TireRack tires only.

Price quoted is installed.

Does not include tax (lucky in NH!).

My dealer told me they'd match any brick&mortar stores prices, maybe your's would do the same?
I was able to save a bit on my latest set of Michelin PS4S a few months ago by using the dealer and having him match the price from the local Discount Tire chain.

How many miles are most getting in their tires for their X5M’s? And which brand?

I’ve been reading between 20k-25k miles mainly due to excessive inner edge wear, not necessarily the main tread getting low. I likely could’ve reached 35k if not for that. Bridgestone Alenza

My BMW center recently replaced my rear summer tires. They were actually cheaper than Tire Rack!

I had Pirelli P-Zero on my ‘21 X5M ZCP, as the fronts lasted 24,000 miles. Rears were still good at lease turn in this week.

My Pirellis lasted about 13k miles. Then toasted. Especially rears. Going with PSS this spring.

And I suspect the dealership has superior tire balancing equipment. And hopefully technicians.

I only have about 11K on the PS4S and I noticed that all 4 tires are wearing a bit more on the thread towards the inside (center) of the car. Which I believe is normal.
I keep air pressures about 1-2 psi over the factory suggested setting.
