IMO the 746 rim is the best OEM wheel for the G05. Great choice

I wonder if the style 746 is available in the USA ? I would choose the 746 as my first choice and the 742m as my second.I don’t like the black painted alternating spokes on the 742m because they could get chipped and would look terrible.I love the machined finished faces on the spokes of the 746 because they have a beautiful shine when clean.

Why no Tacora Red interior for X5's?
I have it in my X6 M50i with Arctic Grey and it is sweet

Model differentiation, like how Tacora is available on the X4 (including Merino leather) and not the X3.

BMWUSA makes the final call on what options are available whether future or current owners agree with their decision or not.

Hope you’re all doing OK in Melbourne, amidst the current Covid madness.

Gorgeous wheels indeed - do you feel any deterioration in ride quality?

Do they still offer the option of taking up wheel insurance?

Thanks for the kind words.

With air suspension I think the ride is fine. No doubt a smaller wheel would filter out sharper/fine road imperfections.

Didn't look into insurance. They are a bit scratched up now from grocery and school runs.

Keep safe.

I think these are the best looking BMW OEM wheels but need to be in BLACK.

Hi All,
Looking to buy a X5 30d with this configuration(22 inch BMW Individual Lt/Aly wheels V -spoke 756 I/MT),

I am worried about the possible bumpy ride with 22 inch wheels with less rubber on the 22" wheels. I do mostly City/Town driving and occasionally on Motorways mostly in NSW.

The vehicle has NO air suspension and cannot be added on as per the dealer, but has got the Adaptive M Suspension.

I am a novice and first time venturing into BMW cars.
Your help and advice is highly appreciated. Thanks

You'll need to test drive one. If you're worried though, stick with the 20s.

I know this is an old thread but... what are your tire sizes? Staggered? I just bought a 22 M50i Artic Grey with the same wheels and my tires are squared, 275's all around. Want to put 315's out back but not sure if the wheels are all 9.5 or 9.5/10.5. Any info is greatly appreciated!
