G05 rear armrest cupholder part number and how to replace

Can anyone please help me to get the part number for G05 rear armrest cupholder and any instructions on how to replace it for a 2019 X5 30d

Yes. You can pay for a day's access to BMW's TIS site (link below) and use its AIR feature to plug in your VIN in order to get info like service bulletins, repair procedures, and wiring diagrams. My suggestion is subscribe when you have a full day of free time and spend the whole day saving off common repair/service instructions for your vehicle by "printing to pdf". There have been free sites in the past that host the same info, but BMW files lawsuits and shuts them down.
