Local dealer has one with 'actual build date' of 11/29, current status 'At the port' but hasn't gone 'in transit' yet. Does anyone have idea how long it might take to reach Seattle?
Dealer is giving it 50/50 odds of making it prior to end of the month - cites ~2 weeks to Renton, WA before trucking it to the dealer - has said sometimes they have to wait a while before can get a truck for that. Keeping fingers crossed! |

I think it has been taking about three weeks.

They're both similar builds - Kuni build has Tartufo leather, red calipers - Seattle build has Driving Assistance Pro in lieu of leather, base calipers. And a little less in cost. Kuni is carbon black, which I'd prefer over sapphire black, but I think I'd prefer DAP instead of leather. Oof. It'll be close. Xmas might muck it up. |

I’d personally go with the DAP instead of leather but will depend on your situation. I use the DAP everyday during my commute and have a dog (kids in the future) so I want something more durable. |

And yeah, DAP seems like it'd be more useful in general. If the delivery date was more certain, I'd pull the trigger on the Seattle one - only thing it'd be lacking that I wanted was M Sport calipers. |

Yea, that's likely since we had the same production week and in the same area. Just got a text from my CA that said the car arrived at the dealership this morning. Will pick up this weekend!

Yeah. Keeping my fingers crossed. It was last statused as 'At the port' this morning still. If it doesn't hit a train in the next few days it's a foregone conclusion. I have some feelers out to BMW Northwest in Tacoma, as well as BMW Bellevue, but haven't heard back from them yet today.
