Does anyone know if you can remove the driver's side mirror without taking off the door panel? I've seen a few videos that seem to indicate that you can remove the tweeter panel, I will be replacing my mirror and want to know what I'm getting into before-hand.

Any documentation would be great if it's more involved than just popping off the tweeter.

Just to be clear, you need to remove the entire mirror and housing? Was it broken? I’ve removed the tweeter and don’t recall if mirror bolts are right behind. Go to YouTube and search BAV speakers G05 installation. They remove the tweeter and show you how.
