Unfortunately some dealers will change the price or even refuse to sell the vehicle to the original ordering once it arrives. Thankfully it is a rare occurrence.

Rookie mistake on my end, took the dealer's 'word' for it. Regardless, it still is a stunning beast and very worth the money

I would have been the same way but then they would say okay and sell the vehicle to someone else which would have been fine with me. Of course some folks rely on taking delivery for various reasons and more or less have to agree.

For those with Week 39 (and week 40?) production taking delivery in PNW where the train arrives to Renton hub; BMW genius gave me train ID "TTGX704936" and said was supposed to arrive to hub on Oct 27th. Called BNSF today and was told there's been bunch of delays and now it's scheduled to arrive at its final destination on Nov 7th assuming no more delays. Interestingly they couldn't confirm the final destination (policy) but they said it's in WA just not Renton.

Did you mean it should have arrived Oct 27th and not Nov 27th? Otherwise your timeline is all messed up.

Oops my bad, thank you for catching my mistake. I meant was supposed to Arrive Oct 27th but was delayed and now expected to arrive Nov 7th.

If you have that id from Bill of Lading, you can track the train yourselves.

Call Norfolk Southern (Original carrier from BMW factory) 18004972919
Press 2 for tracking
Then press the first alphabet from Bill of Lading (yours starts with T, so press 8)
Then enter numeric part of BoL. (Yours is 704936).
