Help! Hard to find the part

Hi I need some help on trying to find what seems to be a tough item to replace. has not gone to dealer yet. Please see the picture below..

Mine is all broken and needs replacing.

It seems like the only thing it could be is this bracket "Spindle Rod Bracket - BMW (51-24-7-461-670)".

Thank you!! I was supposed to get this done before my warranty expires.

Now I'm planning to fix it myself.
