QC day 4: heard from another member here might be some missing/needs to be replaced module that is holding things up for the x5m to clear QC; few of us all in the same status from different weeks

In case anyone on this thread has an x5m they are waiting for, let us know if you get to QC!

I have been stuck in "At the Port" 193 status for the last two days. Hopefully the next progress I see is that it is at the dealer.

The production date was today and it's already at the waiting carrier assignment.

What is the latest in the day that status can change to 151? Our production date is tomorrow (5/17) but hoping it jumps on the line early!

From what I've seen, the phases can change pretty late/early.

Mine went just before midnight eastern on the 12th, was at QC by early evening the 12th

Mine was the same. Then in the evening it jumped to QC.

They are probably just admiring your build spec…

Mine was produced on Monday 5/15. It was in "entering assembly line" all morning and day. Then in about five minutes went through the next steps, passed QC and went all the way to "awaiting carrier assignment". That is where it has remained since Monday afternoon. I was hoping it would at least be "at the port" or in transit by now. Does anyone know how long that process usually takes? I am in MN.

My production was originally scheduled for 5/15. Then got moved up by one business day to 5/12. I have moved up to the "At the Port" status and been there for 3 days now. I spoke to BMW Genius yesterday. They said it was handed off to the trucking company and that is where the trail ends. No tracking number and no one to call. My suspicion is the next step we see will be when it arrives at the dealership. I don't think they update to "In transit". Hoping it has left and gets to the dealer today or tomorrow.

Just advanced to "In Transit" over the last hour. I stand corrected.

After QC, I was in Awaiting carrier assignment and at the port for a combined 4 days before becoming "in transit".

Hopefully it is easier to catch a ride south this time of year. The carriers going north are full of snow bird cars!

I’m still on day 6 of QC now. Figure by now they have a full 3 weeks of X5M’s sitting there and maybe that’s why we haven’t seen any reviews pop up yet!

I am on day 3 of Awaiting carrier assignment. You are probably right though about more carrier availability going south than north this time of the year with the snow bird cars getting shipped back.

The dealership here in San Antonio has a '24 X5M available for sale. Haven't checked the VIN to see when it was built.

Definitely, seems like a few are out there, but a handful at best. There is 1 YouTube video, 1 TikTok, and 1 insta video of the same few cars, and a couple members here

Feels like week 17 delivered some, 18/19/20 on hold in QC.

It’s fine, this is more the child in me wondering about my toy

It’ll show up soon enough, been scouting places to do photos ha
