Software Update at Delivery

Are cars being delivered from SC with the latest software version? Any need to ask the service Manager to check to see if an update is available? Should the Genius be able to verify everything is working as designed? Is activation of the Digital KevCard part of the delivery process?

Everything was ready to go when I picked mine up last month. The keycard was activated before I arrived.

Be sure to have them set up the connected app, they did it for me and I have had zero issues with it.

It's normal for the dealer to do software updates as part of the pre delivery inspection
