Fellow Charlottean here! I ended up ordering from Flow BMW in Winston-Salem because Hendrick here in CLT (both locations apparently function as 1 'dealership' and share allocations) had an approx. 8 month wait list .

Yeah, that was my experience with them as well. I'm also not a big fan of their sales model and their excessive dealer fees.

I looked at Flow but with multiple car purchases from Century they treat me well.

Hey All, my first post here as I just placed an order for a new X5. This will be my first custom order car and my first BMW. Pretty psyched. Has the My BMW Garage not been working for anyone else? I can't seem to track anything online, but I called the Genius today and was told I have a week 47 production at the moment, though she said it might move forward (here's hoping).

Timeline:
10/4 Placed order at dealer
10/7 Received production number
10/11 Called Genius and they indicated week 47 production

Phytonic Blue Metallic
Black Sensafin

M Sport w/Shadowline

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your order. I have not had a problem with it but saw a few other posts concerning problems with it. Probably best to just keep trying, maybe use a different browser. I usually can’t add a vehicle in Safari so use Firefox for that.

Welcome nthgear. Try different browsers for mygarage- Chrome , Safari. Try incognito mode if that helps

The dealer I'm working with currently is also AutoNation but I was advised that trading is difficult as dealers don't want give up any 45e models.

New here. I walked into dealer 10/1 and placed an order for a week 46 allocation 45e. They haven’t confirmed a production number so I haven’t been able to use genius.

I don’t know much about X5’s but I have an electric truck and my wife wants an SUV. Baby due 12/10. We’ve had 135, 235, 328, 335, and recently sold the 435 convertible to be “responsible parents”

Yes, I'm having the same issue with the website, and it's been giving me trouble all week.

I tried using different devices and browsers, and it did not make a difference.

I spoke with a BMW Genius on the phone this morning who confirmed they are having a widespread website problem with the My Garage page.

You sure you received an allocation? You should have received your production number already if they said you have a production week.

When I first called genius when I got my prod number. It was week 43. Then after the 111 rollback then back to 112. Emailed genius. They responded with week 45 now.. November 7th

One of my neighbors when I used to live in Berlin had an e46 convertible as their family car and I thought he was a very responsible parent. :-).

Guys - Have you heard that Wireless charging is the reason that is causing delay in orders - i.e. orders stuck at 112 and not moving to 150? I checked Week 39 onwards only and so far I have only Usfighter , bimmernew & math08 who had Wireless charging and still got 150/entering assembly line.

These folks still ordered Wireless charging and still waiting to hit 150 as far as I know :

I have not heard that, my order does not have Wireless Charging (I originally had it but removed before I received production number).

Have not heard that Wireless charging is causing any delays. Your dealer is wrong, you can make any changes that you want to make since you are not 150 and have not ordered Individual items.

Yeah that's what I told them but it seems they were adamant they only do it at 111. Did not argue as like you mentioned I myself am not sure if Wireless charging is the reason for delay. Few did get to 150 with wireless charging also.

I know Wireless charging is not as good as direct charging and phone heating is an issue but sometimes it is very convenient when you do need your phone some emergencies. The other reason is Apple's stupid lightning cables - which break very often. That is my primary driver to get atleast wireless charging as a backup option always available.

Not only did I not go into 150 after being in 112 for a week, I went backwards to 105 (not 111). Called the dealer and they don't know what is going on. I now have no production date.

I went 150 today! I do have a wk 43 production though. Prod date of 10/28 so hit 150 exactly 2 weeks before prod date. My order was was placed on 8/26 with an immediate production number & wk 40 allocation before moving around a bit

Jebryan you had wireless and moved to 150 that's good news. You were in the queue way before I was, so that makes sense. I'm in the boat w/ wireless ordered but still 112, called today and told still 43. She said call next week maybe move to 150.
