2023 X5 45e Order

Just submitted an order for a 23 X5 45e. Hoping for August production allocation to dealer.

- mineral white
- coffee merino
- M Sport pkg
- Executive pkg
- Luxury seating pkg
- Parking assist pkg
- HK sound
- 4 zone climate
- Blue M Sport brake calipers

I also wanted the DAP, but not available until 12/22. Dealer will f/up with BMW once unit is scheduled to see if DAP can be added.

Congratulations. Hopefully the wait isn't to bad and you are able to get DAP added. Good luck, enjoy and be safe.

I submitted the exact same spec on Friday except for the color, went with Alpine white.

Curious to hear what your CA tells you on DAP. According to mine the system let him enter it as part of the build. Even though pricing guide clearly states SOP isn't until 12/22. Not having DAP is a deal killer for me.

No, MSRP. They did take $2k off as they were adding that amount to all new builds.

They didn't charge the dealer markup is what I take from it.

Oh that makes sense. I took it as the 2K MSRP increase.

Right - they took off the ADM. so technically yes, a discount.

No one is getting negotiating discounts on 45e's outside of standard incentives or offers.

I was able to get $1k off MSRP on my x45e when I ordered end of March and another $1k for the BMW financing.
I've worked with this dealer before and I also have an i4 M50 order with them for MSRP.
But in general MSRP is the going rate these days.

Sounds good guys, thanks for the input. I tried pushing but I didn't have any luck. Could potentially wait a month to see if their is any cooling down/gas relief.

They told me the same -- could enter as part of order configuration. But, I cant wait until Jan to receive the X5. So, they removed it to assure fastest production scheduling as possible.

LCI is 2024. There is also no confirmation on any battery pack changes.

I purchased ordered in March - $80,970 MSRP w/$2800 discount plus $1000 finance discount...

Ordered a 2nd with a little higher MSRP in May with the same discounting.

I've not seen any better pricing out there.

My dealer submitted the build with DAP too, so lets see if it goes through. I'm not willing to take the 45e without it. Had it on a prior M340, and it makes life so much easier .

What kind of magic did you perform to get a discount? I. Which state is your dealer located?

Did you receive any assurances that they would tell you if DAP was dropped from the build and that you could back out if so?

We got about the same: $2K off plus a set of floor mats on an $81750 MSRP for a car we ordered in Colorado on April 6. We were week 19 refugees, so we just got the car a week ago.

Anyone who works for a big company can get $1000 off from the BMW Corporate Sales Program. We got the other thousand essentially for the asking.

Your true discount was 1K. The other 1K comes from BMW.
