No Audio vía Car Play o Bluetooth X5 G05

Hi,

I am having problems with my X5 G05 2019, only the radio stations can be heard, but I cannot listen to music via BT or Car Play, and i added the music via USB to the radio memory and nothing. I can see tha os playing and sound but i can hear it

I have also carried out all the resets, both on the vehicle's car play and on my mobile, and the software is now updated

It might be the RAM that has an issue
