Put our order in last night. Got a production number and ready to go. I was only able to manage 6.1% off (still good in my opinion) in the end on a 25 but I got them to agree to base rate financing if I go with them which was huge for us. I haven't bought a car in my home state since like 2005 due to prices allocations etc so I've always had to travel. It's nice to only have to drive 20 minutes away this time so that was worth a percent or 2 to us this time.

Waiting on April incentives and interest rates to see if going with BMW or outside like Navy Fed will be best with the military discount. I'm hoping BMW stays with the 2.99% in April but won't hold my breath.

Doesn't apply to ordered vehicles so wouldn't effect you.

I guess what I meant was that hoping that for 25's they come out with an interest rate lower than the 5.29% that everyone can use and not just a promotional that is used for instance the 24's.

Gotcha. I guess they could but it is likely they will wait a few months until the 24's are gone and the sales data for the initial 25's are in.

Hi all thoughts on this spec? Coming from a f36 n55 and need something with some good performance and comfort/space for the kiddos.

Price is non negotiated since i told them i was just looking and wanted to test drive to make sure i liked the feel . I would love to get closer to 650/mo but right now the initial price and money down of 25k would keep me at 1k/mo

You should add the Driving Assistance Professional package and space saver spare tire. Should probably also consider the multi contour seats if you do any road trips.

I would drop the accessories and purchase them later but that will not be a huge savings.

Oh man multi contour is offered on the x5 40? I sat in a x7 that had it and they were freaking incredible

A more important question would be if you are satisfied with the build.

DAP will get you the various adaptive cruise modes as well as other driver assistance and safety features.

But yes i think he build was great. Would be even better if i could get the spare/contour/extra shadow line.

I need to hunt a bit on here to see how much wiggle people are getting on price. The only way this really fits the budget is with a fairly low APR (yea right...right now) and maybe a bit chopped from the msrp

You may regret not getting it but hopefully not.

Very little discounting at this point given the new MY. That should increase as time goes on. You may want to also contact a broker and see what they can do for you. Dan at Next Level Auto Brokers has done a good job for many of our members.

Have not seen the lease info for MY25 yet, the buy rate for financing is 5.29%.

Unfortunately they aren't making the X5 4.0 for MY25 but you should have no problem getting the X5 40i.

Seems like BMW has increases their tier 1 rate from 2.99 to 3.99 in April. Anyone knows what is the rate for 72 months? I believe it was 3.49% before.

Approved through navy federal today. 4.99% for 60 months. Some of the best non dealer rates around and get to take advantage of full $4000 military discount.

There are still some MY24's available and you should be able to get a decent discount as well as financing. You may not be able to get all of the options you want though if you wait too long. Obviously going used later on the year should be less expensive but then even harder to get what you want.

You may just want to consider ordering a MY25 so you can get everything you want.

That option is for the heated steering wheel and armrests. Front seats are standard.
