Looks like it was a Finalist.

My buddy has a G80. Car is great but service sucks to the max. They need to separate the dealerships. Very few mechanics to do the work sine 3 out of 30 are genesis certified. Wait times for appointments are long and customer service is not on par with the luxury they are selling.

Is their one big selling point not implemented in the US?

"At Home Valet with Courtesy Vehicle Service*2
For service and maintenance appointments, simply contact Genesis at Home and we’ll come to your location of choice to pick up your vehicle. While your vehicle is being serviced, a Genesis courtesy vehicle is left at your disposal."

Not sure if it would matter where the car is serviced if you never go in the first place.

Didn't see post #40, apparently its a 50km range of dealership only, kindof lame.

its dealer dependent. It has to be for service at the dealer.

im ~60 miles away, at least an hour if traffic is ok, and they do the service valet for me.
