I am based in the Netherlands, where we have the option to extend the factory warranty for an additional 2 years (totaling 5 years or 100,000 km) for €2,300. Since the car is registered under the business, this option would also offer tax benefits.

The car was ordered on March 25, with production scheduled for week 40 (October 2024) and expected delivery in week 48 (November 2024). It's a fully loaded X5 50e, including noise-reduction windows and all available options. The total price, including a 5-year maintenance package and Alarm Klasse 5 (required by insurance for vehicles over €90,000), is €127,000. Additionally, I plan to install a full PPF for €4,000 and an aftermarket audio upgrade costing around €8,000.

Did you order the B&W audio, and then upgrade that?

I find the B&W audio not worth the 4600€, so it’s a Harman Kardon (as it’s part of the package) and then:

Helix P Six Ultimate - under seat sub + rear
Helix C4 - mids + tweets
Helix P two - sub
Morel IR-BMW42 x 2 - doors
Morel IP-BMW82 - sub x 2 (under seats)
JL AUDIO 12W6V3-D4 + custom built stealth inclosure (trunk, left side)
Sound deadening doors / trunk / etc

Give or take…
+ need to address the issue with the pressure in the underseat space (bass makes the car resonate…)
