Saw this gem at my local Kohl's yesterday. The sad part is that a.) the vehicle looks great without the fake M badges, and b.) if the owner was to remove the stock badges and replace them with ///M's very few would even know.

The weird part of this "BMW Stolen Valor" is that the folks who know what a M car is also know when it's a fake. The people who have no idea what a M car is could care less.
Now don't get me started on BMW putting M badging on so many cars that are completely undeserving of the honor.

BMW leaves out the fender M badge for the M Package in the US, but keeps it on for the rest of the world.... does that mean if I add it back on the fender, it's "fake"???

what about the "M" door sill covers that came with the car? (although I'm the only one who see it when the door is opened, obviously)
