I noticed that the military incentive if you finance with BMWFS has been increased from $500 to $3,000.

This means if you finance with BMWFS and combine with the $1,500 Loyalty offer, you should be able to qualify for a total of $4,500 off.

(Can stack another $1,000 college grad discount if you also qualify for that.)

You are likely seeing a typo/mistake. The latest certificate shows it is still $500.

It could be they are bringing back the APR credit or perhaps a regional offer since it says it is subject to location. Either way, it is good for many buyers.

Interestingly, my NavyFed certificate has BMW FS Retail Loan listed under both the "combinable" section, as well as the "$500" amount. Edit: Certificate is about 3 weeks old.

I suspect the NavyFed TrueCar certificate is lagging behind on being updated.

They could be behind. I generated my TrueCar certificate when I posted above but Plaid was down so couldn't get a NavyFed one to see if that changed.

Maybe we will see the changes for December.

TurtleBoy I confirmed with my dealer today that the $3,000 Military for financing with BMWFS does indeed stack with the $1,500 Loyalty.

They're applying it to my deal for the 50e which is supposed to arrive this weekend.

Out of curiosity, does the Military or any of the incentives change whether they're stackable or not throughout the year?

I remember when we signed for our 45e last July we stacked Military, Loyalty, and College Graduate together.

No, I haven't seen a change in the stackibility in years. Military has always been stackable with loyalty and graduate. The caveat being that the incentive is lower since one needs to finance/lease with BMWFS in order to get loyalty.

This matrix is a few years old but still applicable.

Not a problem, I was referring to the amount of the incentive not that it stacked and should have probably denoted that. The current certificates still show the $500 when financing so wasn't sure the dealer was going to honor the advertised amount for the OP.

Dealer said I educated them that it could now be stacked. Took them 2 days to confirm. Here is my final deal on my 50e (ignore the date, car is in transit):

Yes, I remember that earlier this year you mentioned it couldn't be stacked and we discussed it could be. Just goes to show how clueless many dealers are.
