nope, i purposely chose jet black instead of body color for both front and rear reflector deletes cuz i felt that with body colored reflectors, it looks like they're filling in the space of something that used to be there vs jet black being a part of the "shadowline" motif.

Ah makes sense, I had the same idea when I just tinted mine as opposed to replacing them

Does that present some of the same problems that a matte or wrap does, or since it's XPEL, it is good at protection, just has a matte look?

as you mentioned, vinyl wrap doesn't have the protective qualities of ppf, but XPEL stealth is ppf, just with a satin finish. maintenance is much easier unlike matte/frozen paint.

My first BMW!! I feel like a little kid again. About 2 weeks old..already had the entire front Covered with PPF. Still have not figured out about 50% of all the features. Getting over 42 miles per gallon! Only used gas on the way home from the dealer which was about 100 miles away and i only have about 220 miles on vehicle. LOVE IT!!

Even though we don’t get an awful lot of sun here in the U.K. when it does it’s the only way to store excess energy generated by the PV panels on the roof. So yes I’d say so.
