Well, the dealer just called and said my suv will be there this Friday or Saturday. Hopefully all of yours do the same and we can all enjoy these things over the weekend.

Interesting. I have not heard of too many folks getting stuck in QC in recent weeks. Hopefully nothing systemic, or related to some global part shortage, etc.

I have a prod date of 9/28, but noticed it changed to 9/29 in the F12 steps. Just refreshed the tracker and this is where I am! She's being birthed.

I’m in Hilton Head and it took 5 days from “Awaiting Carrier Assignment” to my dealer. Trucker needs a full load going in your direction before departure. Congrats. You’ll have it in a few days.

Welcome to the forum. Time in QC varies, normally it is an hour or so but can go on for weeks. It all depends on what the issue is. For those that have an issue, I would say it is usually about three days or so.

Got it, thank you! I saw a couple of messages stating that folks were waiting for up to 3 weeks which got me worried considering that I ordered literally all the options available except of B&W

Mine seems to have flown through QC, but have been stuck “Awaiting Carrier Assignment” since 9/23. BMW genius said it was scheduled to arrive at the dealer in Mississippi on 9/26 but still no vehicle. Grrr….

No ACE in my order. Maybe they're trying to get the luggage compartment mat option installed right-side-up lol. I did order that.

Welcome to the forum. No, ACE is not installed as part of the assembly process. It is done afterwards at which the vehicle will be in the At the Port status. The accessories are installed at the Accessories Center near the factory.
