Key fob scratches

My dealer showed my my new keys, and one of them got some serious scratches on its metal and plastic. Is there a way to ask them replacing a new one for me? I don't see them come with plastic film protection, which is also weird. I simply cannot accept a scratched key without even using it for a single day, although another key is brand new under perfect condition.

The overall experience wasn't that great. From stop sales to the key, I started to question the quality of BMW. I don't really see a direct way to protect our rights either. The BMW Genius Line doesn't tell you anything about the delay unless you really mention the stop sales.

Curious to see that no one choose the LCD display key here, another non US-spec option?
