Air Suspension Leak
I have a new 2021 x5 with air suspension. I have noticed that the left rear seems to be lower then the right rear when parked. Has anyone heard about having a leak or an issue with such a new car

Hard to ascertain your issue without photos or photos with measurements. Which leads to obvious questions: - Do have a flat tire? Or multiple flat tires? What are the air pressures in all 4 tires? - Are there any suspension errors displayed in iDrive? If it's leaking or any suspension errors it would display in the instrument cluster. BMWs are quick to throw error codes - if there is an issue you'd know it. - Are there air suspension blinking errors shown at the air suspension toggle? - Have you tried resetting the air suspension? See attachment - Is it an optical illusion where the vehicle is parked? - Is the vehicle parked on an incline? - Is the ground perpendicularly level? - At what level is your air suspension? Is it in Load, Sport, Normal, or H1/H2? - Do you observe the difference in a specific level or all levels?

I checked everything that you brought up. Everything matches up found flat ground took to measurements . Left rear lower by 1/2 than right rear. No error codes. But after driving seems to level out. I keep thinking slow leak. But I just don't know. Service center going to think I am crazy |

Air Suspension not leveling properly after shutoff
Same issue on my 5 month old X45e. Left rear is lower by more than 1" and the left front is lower by +3/4". Sometimes resets properly. I did notice the air suspension making noise after the car had been turned off and exited. Will call dealer service and see if this is a known issue; then a visit to the dealer. Good luck.

If the driveway is level and not a sensor issue there could be a small leak in the rear air bag.
Happened to me on my E70 but when > 50K. It held air while driving, till it didn't, but would sagged when parked for a bit. Still worth checking. |

No issues with mine. 2 yrs old and 22k miles. I would agree w the level sensor being faulty vs the actual airbags being the issue.

Correct me if I'm wrong.... but if one airbag had a slight leak..... wouldn't it constantly adjust (inflate) itself to keep level?
If its always slightly low... then yes, I'd say its more than likely an issue with a sensor.
