Looks great! Love that front end, very aggressive. I'll have to get used to the rear, especially the lights. I'm not a fan of thinner lights on taller cars. They just always look like they're miss placed

Front end looks better than I thought it would. The spy pics all made it seem like the grilles were going to be way taller. Not really a fan of the rear. I wish BMW would just go all in on the new styling direction with the 3-dimensional L shaped tails like the next X4 that leaked a while ago. This will probably looked dated pretty soon if they start rolling out cars with the new look.

Handsome. Not totally sold on the tail lights, but overall, nice package. IMO the grills are reasonable.

Take a better look at the rear lights. Look at the left cluster, you'll see that they are 3D.

Very nice! I can see the grills being a little much or to large. I believe with black grills it will look less pronounced on the white and just perfect.

Any specs on the engine? Will it run the same/similar from the E or F platform. I always felt that my E70 was a little under powered for a 5000 lb SUV.

Agreed.

This design has a bunch of new elements, but not sure the design gells as a whole.

Front grill is too large.

Don't like the character line on the side. Front door handles are above it in no mans land. Does it kink up for any reason other than to be different?

The rear end is a hot mess. MB look on the bottom. Cut line for the split hatch makes the license plate area look pinched.

The exhaust looks fake with cheap tips inside.

Maybe it looks better in person, but not convinced from the pics.

It's beautiful!! I've had an E53, E70, and two F15 X5's and this G05 definitely looks better than all previous generation X5's.

This! I was planning on buying the G05 soon but now I may need to see it in person. This design isn't a significant increase from the F15. The Cayenne shows some real design work.

Maybe the interior will sell it or it will ride/drive better than the F15. I'm bored with BMW designs being conservative.
