If pictures were just leaked, I doubt anyone has been able to see it in person. Should start seeing it hit car shows this by August I think.

Will place an order for one in Nov/Dec sometime, hopefully the 50i variant stays close to $75k after some discounts.

Adjustable self leveling suspension and adjustable differentials.

Looks are not surprising. Far better then anything im seeing with the competitors. Can't wait to play with the customizer. Hope they have some good wheel/color choices available. After 7 gray/silver cars in a row im looking for something different.

This may look more futuristic and modern, but at least in this case not really better IMHO.

I thought the Q8 was supposed to take on the suburban and GLS... I don't think this is a viable Audi niche. They can't even place a V8 in the Q7. Agree, its a meh.

That’s what am getting at, Bmw has become the Merc of old, very conservative no longer pushing the boundaries and copying Previous gen merc and Audi’s.

The Q8 is a Q7 coupé so will go against the X5 Coupé = X6.

G05 seems to be Same sausage, three different lengths. The problem I have with this new design language from BMW, is that the new X3 looks awfully similar to an X1 (front, tail light shape). Any distance facing the front, most average persons couldn't tell the difference if it was an X1 or an X3. This G05 has the same X3 tail light design stretched to fit on a bigger ass and the front as well. From a distance, couldn't tell if it the front was an X5 or an X3.

I like the current F15 tail lights because they are DISTINCT and markedly DIFFERENT from the X3 and X1.

After staring at it for a while, I think the big grilles are going to make the small grilled look very outdated. We are all going to look back at the F15 and think they look too small.

I do agree with you to some extent. But it has to look good as well, futuristic and modern isn't enough. Although I think the 8 series will look quite different than the other BMW models so far (while the Z4 will have similarities with the 8er). The probably most disappointing recent model for me is the 5 series (in terms of a more extensive design revolution). It's a nice looking car, but a bit too boring unfortunately.

On the other hand, the tail lights of the new X4 are quite "new", but I absolutely don't like them, I see 0% BMW design language in it (and that's not good either).

There are few EU members here who were invited to see it briefly at a BMW event.

The size of those kidney grills is a bit much.

If those are the grills on just the X5 I'm honestly terrified to see how stupidly big they'll be on the X7. I'm not a fan of the design but I feel it could grow on me EXCEPT for those stupid kidney boulders hanging off its face. UGH

EXACTLY. Since I have a G01, every F15 I see on the road looks like the grills are too small. Also realize that all the competitors have bigger grills over the past 3-5 years.
