Mine's a week 49 build, so I won't be getting the car until mid or late December (West coast). I'm assuming all these financing incentives get applied at the time you sign papers for the car and not when you get approved for financing through BMWFS?

Hello all, this is great thread. Anyone knows what is the max discount you can get on the M40 lease from Toronto, Ontario? My dealer offered me $3,200 on $94,000 MSRP

They are locked in, on the west coast, for 90 days from the date you are approved through BMWFS. You can then choose from the various programs within those 90 days at the time you sign your final paperwork.

Thanks! I've heard about the 90 days lock on the West Coast, but I've never financed through BMWFS before, so I was just playing it safe and going with the 60 days time frame. But it's much better that it's 90 days.

California is always special - I think the rest of us get 60 days.

Does anyone have a link to the $1,000 loyalty credit? My CA is telling me there is only the $2,000 APR credit. Thanks!

That may be region specific. In NY area, the APR that shows up in my zip code is 4.35%.

That is possible, they do change things by region - I am in MA.

They renew a lot of stuff quite often, just depends on how sales, they do tend to do promos in December historically to prop up the number for the year especially if running behind the competition, but no guarantees.

To be honest with you that loyalty is probably lockable. It is always worded in such a way that the makes the consumer think it will expire.

An honest manager can let you know.

And so people don't flame me for spreading fake news here is me texting the sales manager back in sept

FWIW, yes, the APR depends upon location. Some are 2.89%. Others are 4.35%. I can't figure out what makes certain locations in the higher APR or the lower.

If anyone wants a good deal on a X5 order send me a DM. The dealer I'm working with seems willing to pass along the discount I got (6.06% off MSRP before incentives) to other people. I know of one member on here who was given the same. I'm not in the same state as the dealer but they seem to be very easy going so far.

Sent you a DM back, hopefully they're good to their word about extending the discount to yourself and others who DM'd me. I sent a message to the CA letting him know people will be in touch

I picked up an X5 40 M Sport for my wife over the weekend. Was able to get invoice plus incentives, but it took a while. $78K to $73K minus $1K lease incentive, $1K BMWCCA, $500 USAA. M Sport package is hard to come by around here right now so most dealers a staying at sticker. Overall build from memory

Carbon Black.

Coming from an X3 M40i and this is a completely different animal. X3 was a little too narrow for our family since we regularly have 3 kids in the back seat. The X3 was a riot to drive though!
