I am closely following the 45e pricing and 9% on a special order (not an inventory unit) is about the best I have seen so far, congrats!

10% off msrp for ordered 2021 x40i
6% off msrp for ordered 2021 45e

Both discounts were before any BMW incentives and before the electric vehicle tax credit on the 45e. Delivery on either was estimated for October.

Interestingly, there were very few cars in inventory on dealer lots. One dealer would not discount a 2020 car in inventory as much as a 2021 ordered car-reportedly due to a shortage of inventory. I was interested in an in stock 2020 x40i but could only manage about 5.6% off msrp.

Can you send me info on the dealership in ATL? I am looking to order a 2021 X5 and the dealerships in my area are not giving me much off.

Looking to do the same and also in NJ. Hoping to end up around where you did in terms of discount. Right now the dealer is about at a 4% discount just through some back and forth on email.

Thanks, I secured the 9% off yesterday. 8-10 weeks until delivery. I think I may have been able to squeeze 10% but whatever. The wife is happy so I am happy.

Hi, which dealer in NJ? Can you PM me your SA? I wanted to do the same 70-72k with 10% off, I am guessing I should be good, except, NJ dealers want $500 doc fee which adds $14-$15/mo on a lease.

That has been my experience too, 4-6% in NJ. I'm looking to order in October/November, so hoping for much better deals than right now.

September Incentive and Residual Changes are better!

The residual went up 1% to 55% on M50i and the Loyalty in now on the 21's

I with all incentives Lease, Loyalty and Penfed I was able to get 2500 in incentive and the 1% increase in residual made me a happy man. Taking delivery soon!

Is the loyalty still $1K? It looks like there's a $500 lease credit for September too. I'm assuming they increased the MF from .00099 if they raised the residual?

New here, some great info so far in my search. Would you guys be able to send me the info on the dealer in ATL or NJ ? I haven't had much locating a good price, best I've managed on either the x40i or x45e are ~5%. Few pickings this year, saw better discounts on the 2020s but really tryin got get whatever I can into an already built dealer inventory. And I've pretty much resigned myself to either buying or leasing at this point.
Thanks in advance!

Just wanna contribute my 2021 40i's build schedule:
Order placed 8/19,
left factory 9/1 (I think),
arrived at dealership 9/2.
Way quicker than I expected.

I assume it is 1000 loyalty + 500 lease credit or 2500 APR credit, correct?

Just want to confirm thanks

Anyone can share pricing negotiation for Southern CA area for xDrive45e, either on-lot vehicles or custom order? Is the $7500 federal tax credit still in play? Thanks!

I'm very interested in this information as well. Especially if there are dealers offering solid discounts on inventory. Some of the dealers around here refuse to negotiate off MSRP for any models.
