I don't understand why M5 number continue to stay strong in the upper 50s but X5/6 and M8 numbers are this putrid.

The residuals are lower, but the money factor is about as low as I can remember, so it helps offset the residual a little. You just need to make sure that the dealer isn't marking it up. Mine was .00093. The car may be a deal at the end of the lease to buy.

Definitely a low MF. The problem is, at the same MSRP, the price difference now between an X6M Comp vs M5 Comp lease is around $300 p/month due to the residual difference.

Makes it difficult to go with the X6 (it's another bonus that the M5 is even quicker).

Because the F90 5 series is an old model and will be retired in 2022. The F95/96 are new and hot sellers so BMW is not doing any subvented lease residuals for those models. When the F90 was new, it had residuals comparable to the current F95/96 numbers.

Not sure about that.....I leased my M5 two years ago and the residuals were about the same as they are today.

Need advice. 19 M5comp ceramic brakes and sunroof. I have 72K miles on it and purchased this vehicle through BMW finance. I owe around 90K. I also have a 16 X5 40E with 35K on it and owe 25K. I want to get two new BMW's but not sure if I should do two seperate deals or try to do one deal including both cars? Thanks....

What is the loyalty for a 2022 X5M? Is it $500 or $750 right now?

What happened with Jason? He was the one posting all of these numbers except for the MF at the beginning of each month.
