dinantronics x tune

Hey guys, has anyone noticed that Dinan has quietly put this tuning product out for the F95? thoughts? a little worried about the following line from the site:

"DINANTRONICS X does not carry the factory matching warranty that Dinan is known for. DINANTRONICS X's warranty is a 1-year, product only warranty, that does not cover consequential damages or labor reimbursement."

The design is exactly the same to RaceChips unit, even the harness plug is the same purple color. I wonder if the programming is any different.
