My wife upgraded her iPhone and I can’t figure out how to delete her previous phone from idrive. Do I have to live with her old phone somewhat registered in the idrive for the life of the car — does not make sense….

Apps>Mobile devices. Select the phone you want to delete. It should expand with a bunch of options below. Scroll down to the bottom of the list and click on remove device

I thought I tried that and the only menu that popped up was a help option, maybe I didn’t get the sequence right. I will give it another try tomorrow. Thank you.

Thank you, it worked…. I think I was holding for over three seconds or so and the help context menu would pop up instead of a drop down menu…
