In my case I find the Merino far too soft and consequently the Vernasca feels more comfortable to me. FWIW, I currently have Dakota leather and I prefer firm mattresses, so it really is a personal preference! I don't dispute that the Merino is a "better quality" leather, but my Dakota has held up really well over the years, and I expect the same durability from Vernasca, so its the perfect choice for me. |
