Rear seat accessories

We tried on a few of the new accessories on the new X5. The tray can support a MacBook Pro as well as power it.

What is the part number and does one need a hook to complete the set?

I am waiting for my X5 to come in next week.

I got some accessories like this table and the door lights.

I attached the pictures with the part numbers.

It comes with the brackets to mount it.

I have the coat hanger. I like it. The hanger clips off the seat mount and has a hook - that retracts - and can be used as a regular coat hanger in a closet. I leave my blazer on that in my house - take it with me and clip it in when I need to travel with it.

Part Number?

Does anyone have a part number for this particular table? It's not the same as the system that hangs off the headrest that appears on the accessories sites.

In the pictures you referenced, the socket that holds the accessory is built in to the back of the G05 seats. Earlier BMWs did not have the socket built in to the seats and instead required a separate part, 51-95-2-183-852, to be installed between the headrest posts. This is why the picture of the accessory on an older model doesn't look quite the same as the pictures of the accessory actually installed in a G05.

I believe the table accessory is 51 95 2 449 252 as in the picture above.

The table is the same as the one “hang off the head test”. The attachment mechanism is the same. To hang off the head rest, you need another piece installed best is head rest attaching to the poles

Be warmed, attaching the table to the seat back as seen in these pictures really makes the table useless. It is way too low even at the highest setting, it is literately in your thighs. To make this table useful, you need to attach it to the headrest.

I tried the non-OEM one and it comes with the headrest hook and magnet on the base (vertical) part. It can also be put into the seat back part and price is cheaper. So far the quality seems to be acceptable.
