Every morning I'm working (so six days outta the week) I drink my breakfast(soy, protein). I have a cup with a mixing ball in it and drink while I'm on the way to work. Some days I'll add fruit ( banana, strawberries).

Takes me 1 hr 30 mins every morning to wash yesterday's dishes, and cook and eat breakfast (I toss in ground beef/rice in crockpot/rice cooker the previous night before going to bed, so it's ready for the day). Price you gotta pay to make them gainz. Usually have a combo of 3 red potatoes, 6 whole eggs, some olive oil, seasonings, and veggies with two cups of milk. Kinda heavy (~1,300 cals), but I digest food very quickly. Will have second meal two hours later.

Sucks it takes so long, but necessary.

It used to take me 40 mins but i recently developed a habit to curb this..i have began to leave my phone in the bedroom before moving to the kitchen for breakfast. But most of the time I just tend to forget it. Well because "breakfast-time" is "me-time", one of the rare time slots in the day where get to be alone by myself without any unwanted input from my environment.

I work while I drink my coffee, I wake up around five and start reading up. Nobody cares to talk to me during that time, so I guess it's still count for breakfast?

Geez. You guys have an awful lot of time to eat in the morning lol.

I get up and 15 mins later I'm in my car commuting to work. In that 15 mins I'll have used the toilet, brushed my teeth, washed my face, changed and put on a tie, gel'd my hair and sprayed cologne. Then I sit in my car and let it warm up for 5 mins while the neighbors hate me more and more while I check emails and social media notifications lol.
