Unable to log into BMW Driver's Guide App
I can't log into the BMW Driver's Guide on my Android phone since yesterday. I didn't make any changes to my BMW Connected account. Is anyone experiencing similar issues?
It gives me this error: Username or password is incorrect. When I click Forgot password and fill out my email it gives me this error: Failed to send code. Please double check your email address and try again. Also when I try to register again the Register button is disabled and I can't finish the process. |

This sounds crazy, but you may want to reset your password on Connected Drive if you can log in. I had a similar issue where I was using the correct password and could log into one thing, but not the other. Changing my password, deleting the app in question, and signing back in fixed it. You'll have to sign back into your vehicle, but it should not be a big deal.
I've noticed funky issues with other companies that have multiple sign in app where changing the password fixed it. |
