Incentives are generally not part of the purchasing agreement since the can change. When you do the credit app you get a no harm lock for 60 days, 90 in the Western Region, so you can choose the rate/incentives for any month from the month of the credit app to month of delivery. The exception to this is the domestic military incentive which can't be locked.

If you do not fill out a credit app then the incentives available at time of delivery are applicable.

Not sure where you are seeing that but assume that is the marked up rate for MY24's. The base should be 3.49%.

Strange. I checked first thing in the morning out of curiosity and saw those jacked up ratee. Now they are showing as 3.99 for 60 months. Their web page might be in the process of updates or bad deployment ( in Software Engineering terms) lol. I stand corrected.

That would explain it, the web site is often inaccurate.
