The dark exterior color lessens the awkwardness of the much maligned new front gloss bumper that for some unknown reason a designer convinced management would be appealing.
Not a fan of the interiors new middle horizontal black plastic piece (that houses the vents) ; was shocked it’s a glossy plastic that looks much lower quality than previous models middle piece. The new display is nice, wondering if it’s indeed updatable to 8.5 or not, otherwise waiting until new head unit is produced for July release is advisable |

Love that new front end. But can't help but notice how different the design is compared to the rear. The front seems to have lots of new sharp angles, but the rear remains very rounded.

The M3/4 posted record sales numbers and thats most polarising design decision BMW has made for a long time. People on forums all over the world decried that design decision as if it were a human rights abuse. |

I don’t know, I think it looks pretty sharp, not to mention aggressive and sporty, in contrast to a different body color. To each their own, I suppose.

Oh it’s nice, and I bet really fun to drive, just the Grill Growth look that’s going around the industry is a bit confounding to me.
But I am willing to deal with the bumper/ grill to get the new tech dash & the new engines. Love these vehicles |
