I just love this platform more and more. Its the best bang for the buck and to my eyes looks the best. I would only take the Porsche for its handling/ride/build quality over the X5M if money was not a factor.

5322 lbs Audi 530rwhp
5172 lbs X5MC 552rwhp 4926 lbs Porsche 567rwhp 5020 lbs Lambo 582rwhp Biggest surprise for me is how light the X5MC is. I was expecting 5400lbs with a full tank of fuel. Forgot the conversions back to engine hp. RW vs RW is the best in this test. Torque curve down low is what actually accelerates these sleds , though. Add a simple RaceChip on 7 and the BMW goes over 600rwhp and mops the room. |

X5M offers most value of the bunch. Handsome, too.

I look back at mine every time I walk way after parking. That’s true love… I saw the 24’ LCI at the dealer today, must say looks better in person. Not fond of the price increase.

I hate that guy with a passion, the videos are extended so unnecessarily. Mindless chat, I just want to see the dyno and weight. Lambo power is crazy.

Somethings fishy about the X5M weight in their comparison. I've never seen it listed as that low. The X5M they have in the comparison has some kind of aftermarket wheels that I doubt are lighter. WHY would BMW claim it weighs 5425? What benefit would that be for them?

Just saw an ad for TECHART on a Porsche forum, featuring the Cayenne GT, but there are others. Again, not my point, one can’t look at all the stock numbers but then throw out, yeah, but my fave with a tune would beat them all. Of course it would, I have a buddy with a very tuned EVO that would mop them all on the tracks around me, but that’s also not the point. Sorry for the thread drift, back on topic.

I may be biased, but I think the X5 M looked the best...

Without watching the video I'm going to guess they all weigh too much and have too much power to make up for their weight...😂

All of them have more power than you can use in 99% of daily driving situations, and how many people take a SUV to the track?
Whichever one is the best daily driver and value would be the winner for me and that's probably the X5. It also looks the best. At least BMW hasn't screwed it up yet. But the new cost cutting cheap $99 wal mart ipad for a dash would keep me from buying it. Take a look at the new 2024 Cayenne dash. Now that's the way to integrate the new technology and also make an awesome looking screen. |
