You are wrong on this.

The MSW has a 5 x 112 pattern and fit the hub as well. DrKev is correct and his fitment was confirmed by tirerack and my BMW dealer parts guy.

Tirerack did scan of a G05 x5 with msport and the MSW style 48, also 49, and OZ cortina also works.

Cheers!
I hope you are right. I spoke to tirerack today and they confirmed that they don't have anything for 2019 g05. When are you getting your set ?
I placed the order today via TR.

Call them and ask for Ethan x4689

I am still waiting for someone (tire mfg. or forum member that finds something) to come up with a tire only solution for all season. My current and previous m-sports I put Conti DSW on the 20 inch staggered--works great. No solution yet for the new G05 22 inch that I can find. I am about a year out and looking forward to M50i; hope there is staggered 22 inch all season coming. JLR & Conti have 22 inch for RRS but those setups are not staggered or quite as wide. All your new G05's look spectacular BTW.

I ordered 20' wheels for winter - front 9J, rear 10,5J.
Which size of tires will be the best for this setup?

You've made a mistake and you should change your order - you had to order both front/rear 9J and tires 275/45/20. That's a right size in Poland - call your Dealer.

When I will change my order for:

Front: 275/45/20 ET 35 - 9J
Rear: 275/45/20 ET 25 - 9J

Then it will be ok?

Has anybody put these on a G05 Msport yet? I would be interested to see photos if possible. The mfg confirmed that 19" will not fit over the Msport callipers but 20" is good.

Just ordered VMR 710 20 X 9.5 ET 37 in matte black.
Square setup with Yokohama Iceguard IG5 in 275/45/20
I might get 25MM spacers to push the wheels out to be more flush with fenders

Suck i have to take off the 22's so soon..

Confirming the 20" winter package from Tire Rack does in fact mount beautifully on the G05. Not my truck, but I asked one of my service guys to test fit it. Plenty of room around calipers.

Good looking wheels!

Do you know if tire rack supplied new tpms sensors? Supposedly you have to supply your vin to get the tpms sensors to be programmed first.

wheels from GL/GLS or ML/GLE or even S-Class can work.

mercedes is 5x112 with the same centerbore as BMW now. (66.6mm).

The GL/GLS has offset around -60mm, so you will likely need a 15-20mm spacer for an X5.

The S-Class is around -40mm which might fit directly without need for spacers, get the appropriate lug bolts.

I called tire rack and even though i had the size and offset they wouldn't recommend any wheels because they don't know if the spokes will clear the brakes... I need to get a winter set ordered here SOON!

Sounds great. Our X5 50i is in production now. So we’ll need to get a set ordered soon. My only remaining question - the test mounting for these wheels looks great. However it’s the std caliper. I will have the M brakes. Will these wheels work w those calipers?

Thx in advance for all the info on this winter setup!

I also ordered the M brakes. It will definitely clear the calipers. A 19" setup could be a little tight.

I called my guy at Tire Rack, and apparently there was a run on them yesterday after I confirmed fit. :

Apologies if this is a dumb question but I am a newcomer to needing winter tires. Last season was my first time living near snowy conditions so I had a set of Blizzaks mounted on my F15 stock rims. I see most folks in this thread seem to prefer a completely separate set of rims and tires rather than just swapping the tires twice per year.

Any reason why that would be preferable? I can think of salt perhaps causing corrosion on the rims, but I typically wash my car as soon as I get down from the mountain (just go up for ski days, and back to wet but not snowy conditions for the rest of the time).

Thanks!
