Just ordered a 45e in phytonic blue (don't mind it but could have done with more color choices). I've never custom ordered a car before.

Anything I should request of the dealer specifically regarding cosmetics when I pick it up? What are my options?

I'm going to ask them to refrain from putting on a front plate bracket - where I live, you can just stick the plate in the window when parking on a city street which I do rarely.

Hmmm, you can ask your dealer anything you want. If you get is a different story.
I don't think that you will get any cosmetic parts for free, maybe some special cleaning products, front wrapped, car cover, rubber floor mats, BMW umbrella......things which they have anyway or dosn't cost them much.
