Replace Front Brake Air Inlet Grills?

Has anyone replaced the two small lower front brake air inlet covers/grills on their M Sport G05 X5? I believe the OEM part numbers are 51118074269 & 51118074270. Looking for some guidance or better yet, DIY instructions to remove and replace those two small front lower grills.

Thanks...

Just wondering:
Why would you want to replace these? They look great as is.
Your X5 also looks really sharp.
Kudos

Looking to add the M Performance CF Brake Air Inlet Covers (Part Numbers: 51-11-2-455-497 & 51-11-2-455-498) in the front and CF Diffuser on the back.
