If you have Android phone - it's quite possible and simple. You can find details there:

https://xdaforums.com/t/app-6-0-no-r...nfree.4270013/

Quick steps:
1. Download this app https://github.com/shmykelsa/AAAD/re....4-release.apk

2. Run it and install fermata auto. It's literally a wrapper/web browser where you can launch different websites

3. Connect phone to the car, in android auto select fermata auto and watch youtube or netflix.

Regarding getting paid to watch Netflix, it's definitely a thing! I've come across some opportunities where you can earn money by watching and reviewing shows or participating in research studies. It's a cool way to make some extra cash while doing something you enjoy. You might want to do a bit of research to find the best option that suits you.
