Not to my taste...

We have tartufo in our 428i with arctic grey and I think it's a bit to orange in the sun.

Merino coffee is classy.

Orange? Cognac looks more orange but is far from it. Tartufo is more of a medium brown so maybe they changed the coloring slightly?

we have Individual Merino Goldbraun/Schwarz on the 428i

This is the Tartufo Merino leather... stunning...

So yes you are absolutely right.

Carbon black with Merino Tartufo and the ash grain inlay...

Build week 14 should be delivered to the UK end of May. Unfortunately though as I am exporting it to Germany with me I can't pick it up until Sep as can only drive it in the UK for 2 months before export. The wait is going to kill me! So excited seeing all your pics. Not even driven the 40i yet but if it drives as well as the 30d and sounds as good as my Dad's 440i then I will be well chuffed!

Based on few review I tested our "Optimum (NR2010Q) No Rinse Wash & Shine" on my Ceramic coated Phytonic Blue X5, pretty impressive result.

My wife was concerned about the fuel consumption being in the UK but I calculated the fuel cost over 12k miles a year between petrol and diesel and I am totally convinced the smoothness and sound will be worth it! To be honest I find it incredible that BMW can even get the fuel consumption it has given that the X5 is a 2.2 tonne SUV with all the aerodynamics of a house brick. Ten years ago you would be lucky to rival the X5's fuel economy in a 1.8L saloon car!
