yeah that is what my CA is telling me. he said you are financing so you are getting the same 2000$ as rebate.

What if we pay some down payment as cash?

if anyone is getting both offers, please share.
Good, Sounds like an incentive for cash only buyers.

So, what i've taken away from everyone is that I'll no longer be financing through BMW. I can use USAA - still get the $2k credit and get a $1k rebate rather than $250. BMW's rate is 2.99% and the USAA rate is 3.09%. Over 36 months, the $750 additional rebate is better than the 0.1% interest rate improvement.

The $2,000 credit aka rebate is, or WAS, if you finance thru BMW. On top of that USAA was giving a $500 incentive, now reduced to $250 if you finance thru BMW. Here's my order from the 2nd. Check out the REBATE line.

I get it. But whats not clear is this whole dealer cash of $2k - NOT THE APR CREDIT. If its a rebate for individuals not financing through BMW, then its better to finance through USAA and get the full $1,000.

I was hoping its a separate stackable rebate. I called my CA and simply asked if this Dealer Cash (new for January) was something i could take advantage of. Of course he didjn't have any answers and I'm waiting for the manager to get back with me.

Yeah, you need to talk to a seasoned sale or fleet manager.

How much is the down payment, state sale tax?
Any incentives included ? Any dealer discount? Then we can assess. I'm estimating you got about 10% off, which is good.

I am curious why wouldn’t there be a list publicly. Dealers don’t want you get corporate discount because they don’t get to make profit and so it’s hard to know from them.

Not sure, $7722 due on pick up and $1138/ months for the up coming 35 months all loyalty and incentives included but which does not include BCCA rebate and base on New Jersey state tax.
Also the loyalty rebate are base on $1000 only and will ask if I could get $1500 loyalty for January.

This may be the link to the companies that qualify and my company is on the list. I am not sure if an employee qualifies or the company has to buy the car.

"This Corporate Sales Incentive may be combined with most Sales Support Programs in place at the time of purchase.

WHO QUALIFIES?
Eligible employees and members of select organizations may share this program with their immediate family members. Immediate family members for this program are defined as spouse, parents, siblings, grandparents or children of the eligible employee/member, and the family member is required to reside at the same address as the employee/member. Acceptable forms of documentation would be required and it is not necessary that the eligible person be on the application or title, but a clear connection to the eligible employee/member is required."

AAA is also listed but unsure if AAA membership entitles anyone to a discount!

I don't think this is updated yet with the new 2019 program parameters. My company is on the list and has been for years.

I called the fleet discount line and its a recording stating they are no longer taking phone calls under the new structure, but send them an email. HA - Millennial generation move....

What a cluster F. BMW stumbles all over itself with new rollouts....

My estimate was 92k selling price and $1500 rebate, pretty close. It seems you're paying your taxes upfront. That makes your discount less than 9% . You should push for the $1500 rebate plus another $1000 discount easily. You should also visit leasehacker forum, there is couple leasing brokers in your area that we'll probably get you a better discount .

What prices have folks been getting on a lease for X5 50i? Please post details and MSRP for the car.

I am being quoted mid to high $1100s for $86k MSRP car. Due at signing $2200, including 1st month.

Wondering if this is competitive or on the high side. Thanks.

Try putting MSD that might help the payment scenario as well..Just heard that it is back for 2019 for everyone.
