I need some help in deciding whats the best deal.

I can't get the 2000 cash rebate in my market according to my CA. I am in the CT, anyone getting that deal in north east?

So my question is what is the best deal long term. I am thinking option 2 but wanted to confirm with some other points of view.

Option 1
- 2000 Finance at 72 months BMWFS 5.29%
- 1000 BMW Club
- 250 USAA
Total 3250

Option 2
- 1000 USAA with 72 months for 3.23
- 1000 BMW Club
Total 2000

Option 2 would allow me to put 2.5k less money down to get the same monthly payment due to the lower interest rate.

Option 3 is to take option 1 then refinance down the road. But that is a pain.

Thoughts?

Can you buy from a dealer out of state? I'm in PA and got 6.3% off MSRP off a custom build. Plus $2000 apr rebate, 2.89% APR @ 60 mos, and $1500 Loyalty credit. Will be doing the BMW CCA rebate after I take delivery.

If you are interested, my CAs contact info at BMW Devon.

Ugh. I'm barely 2h away in NJ and the rates are 4.55% with an excellent credit score. Its silly. I'm not going to pay that much to borrow money.

We have the same rate here for 60 months. I would refinance to get the rebate. I guess my question comes down to is it better to take the rebate then refinance or just take a better rate with a lower rebate.

My CA is saying it’s not in our market. I was thinking the same thing that it was a national program. Boston which is not that far away has the low 2.89% rate and the cash rebate. In CT we have 4.55% and no rebate for cash according to the CA.

I would love the 2k cash rebate.

I have a custom build in progress and got 6% off of MSRP. Just trying to figure out if I take the long or short view on total savings.

Anyone have the Select Financing residual rates for the X5? 48 month or 60 month? From my experience they differ a little from the lease residuals.

Thanks, www

Found the answer to my own question.

Anyone in the SF Bay Area getting a good deal?

My dealer quoted me 3% off MSRP before incentives. With incentives (1000 event credit, 1500 loyalty lease) that gets the 50i from 92750 to 87750, which is just over 5%. They then quoted an MF of 0.00222. This is a terrible deal right?

Here's our deal:

MSRP $72,920.00

Dealer Discount $(5,345.04)
Rebates $(3,500.00)
Gesture Credit $(190.00)

Net Price $63,884.96

(Less trade, plus tax, less down money we will add).

So that's effectively 7% off on the car with another 5% coming from discounts/rebates for a total of 12%.

An excellent deal; however, don't forget to sign up for 3 year membership with BMW CCA and you will get another $1,000 rebate.

Yep, that's on the to-do list this week. I just didn't include it since it comes separate from the deal.
