As far as I know (and understand), in March the RV 56% was for 12K, but 10K a year was at 57% RV.
So now the 56 might be for the 10K and the 12K a year will be 55%.

That's going the WRONG direction BMW

The MF reduction isn't offsetting the 1% drop of Residual value. Especially when they are dropping incentives too??

We've a friend who's a regional general sales manager for another brand for a large part of western Canada.
He said it's unlikely to see any brands slashing rates or prices through this, gave a few reasons similar to what others have said in other comments for why but I don't have time to get into it now.

Heading in to pick ours up in an hour.

Looks like the residual for 15k miles = 54% ...which is same as March. Am I reading this correct?

Just to be sure...i am looking at rates for X5 40i

Residual didn't change for the M50i. The loyalty credit went down by $250.

Has anyone confirmed what the MF is?

The residual DID drop by 1%. You can confirm this on BMW's site. Their lease offers page for the X5's shows a 10k lease with a residual dollar amount or "purchase option" at 56%. I haven't confirmed the money factor yet. This was a very poor choice on BMW's part.

Jason, can you please kindly confirm if the residual value did in fact drop for the X5's for April? According to the BMWUSA website and several members, the RV for 10k is now 56% (down 1% from March). Thanks!

I believe there is still a typo - 10k should be 56%, right?
