How messed am i

My baby got hurt by a shovel its a lease so just wondering if anyone can share their expertise on how i can go about this

Depending on how deep the scratch is, a quick machine polishing could be all you need. The paint on these cars is top notch, so you should take it to a place where they do micro painting and check with them what can be done. I fixed a similar, albeit smaller scratch that way once. It took 2 mins and it was so easy that the technician did it for free

Definitely try a detailer who does paint correction, and get it machine polished. It will most likely be 90% gone. Unless it's right down through to the plastic, in which case you could try to fill with touch up paint. It is a pretty straight and thin scratch so who knows.
