Siri automation to trigger remote engine start?

Now that we're fully in winter (at least here in the south), I was wondering if anyone's created an automation to have Siri access the BMW app and trigger the remote engine start with just a vocal command. Thoughts?

You can't just open the BMW app and press "start engine"?

Automations and shortcuts using sir can do a lot to enable and code for features that many regular users aren't aware of or know how to code for.

It's extremely cold now and I'd much prefer triggering Siri with my AirPods to get it to turn on my car versus pulling out my phone and manually engaging it. We are all here to maximize the functionality of our vehicles and I was positing if it was possible.

Don't have much familiarity with it but I believe IFTTT works with BMW. Not sure if an automation could be set up using that.

Double checked Siri Shortcuts and looks like BMW Connected app doesn't support Shortcuts yet.

BMW has discontinued support for BMW Connected and IFTT.

Oh, didn't know that.

Recently saw this article:

They should really remove this if it's outdated.

In the shortcuts app the BMW ConnectedDrive app does not show, which means there are no shortcuts available to process via Hey Siri etc. for the app.
