Good day to all,
So briefly a had a car manufactured october 2020, 3.0D mild hybrid M Sport, SA18 on board, well equipped, 07/2020.54 on board. I take the car in the last days of december 2020 and has almost 5.000 km on board. I ask BMW dealer and BMW Netherlands questions about OTA update, which is part of the package, and the last answer was :

”Your BMW with Chassis number WBAJU810609E88XXX, has not yet received the Remote Service Upgrade for BMW Operating system 7 version 11/20. This is because of the option code SA 1CE; 48V Recovery system not included in the current Remote Software. This is because of technical reasons. What this means is that your BMW X5 has not received the Remote Service Update yet. When the Remote Update will be available for your BMW is still unknown. We will inform you as soon as possible by sending a message to your BMW and your MyBMW app when the Remote Software Upgrade is available for your BMW. ”
