What’s the tire pressure for 2014 X5 run flat tire.

look on the drivers side door and it should tell you what PSI to use

There are a lot of tire/wheel options, and the pressure differs. It's also listed in the iDrive menu, in the printed manual, and the one in the vehicle, and you can download a copy as a .pdf.

IOW, it varies...

Once you have pumped them to the proper value, tell the menu to save it, and it will do a TPMS reset to those values and alert you if they drop far enough.
